Program structure

Delivery formats

The program runs over 6 months and is available in three formats — all with the same trainers, the same structure and the same standards:

• Full immersion — intensive format for accelerated learning
• Weekend modules — structured sessions spread across the program duration
• Mid-week online — synchronous live sessions in a fully online format

All formats include continuous accompaniment, supervision, follow-up webinars and post-course professional support.

• Launch and structure a professional Coaching practice

Upon completion of the program, participants can:

• Apply for membership of A.Co.I. under Italian Law 4/2013
• Obtain the Professional Quality Attestation for Coaching services
• Pursue ICF ACC and PCC credentials through Vira Human Training, via ICF Level 1 and Level 2 accredited programs
• Continue with specialist training tracks reserved for alumni

Faculty

Academic Director: Angelo Bonacci — active in professional Coaching since 1997. His approach was shaped in direct exchange with Timothy Gallwey and John Whitmore, two of the discipline’s founding figures. He currently delivers over 2,000 hours of Coaching per year across corporate, sports and professional contexts in Italy and internationally.

The Prometeo Coaching faculty includes university lecturers, trainers, psychologists, consultants and former elite athletes — all Professional Coaches — who accompany participants through mentoring, tutoring and didactic supervision across the full program duration.

Enrollment and access

No specific academic qualification is required. Access involves a preliminary conversation designed to clarify your objectives, assess your readiness for guided practice and verify coherence between your expectations and what the program delivers.

The conversation is not a selection filter. It is a professional alignment step — consistent with how Coaching itself works.
